CARROTS AND CHICKPEA SOUP

Here we are again with our healthy column dedicated to delicious recipes perfect to get in shape! What do you think about a carrotts and chickpea soup? Perfect in every season! Take home all the flavours of Sensoriali Spa! Here is the recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS
600 g of carrotts
500 g of chickpeas
2 onions
1 liters of vegetable soup
6 spoons of olive oil
½ spoon of dried ginger
½ spoon of cumin
Red pepper.


DIRECTIONS
Soak the chickpeas. Clean, wash and cut coursely the carrots. Chop up the onions and let it brown with olive oil for 5 minutes circa. Add the spices, the carrots and the chickpeas. Finally add the vegetable soup and bring it to boiling point. Now lower the heat and let it cook for 40 minutes circa.
